Deactivating or deleting your account
We'd be very sorry to leave you. If you've made a decision to quit hisurat, you have two alternatives: You can deactivate your account for a short period and then reinstate it later, or permanently erase it.
What happens after you cancel your account?
- Your profile will be hidden
- Your listings will disappear if you're a Host
- Certain information, like your reviews, may still be visible
- We will retain your account data so you can return in the future
To reactivate your account, contact us.
Deactivate your account
- Log in to your Account.
- Go to Profile
- Click Delete Account.
- Click OK.
