The Hope 5 KM Virtual Challenge is designed to promote fitness in a flexible way. You can choose how you want to complete your 5 KM:

• Run/Walk 1 KM for 5 days

• Run/Walk 2.5 KM for 2 days

• Run/Walk 5 KM in one go

🏅 Once you finish, you’ll receive a beautiful customized medal by courier as recognition of your achievement.

• Record your activity using any timing app (Google Fit, Strava, smartwatch, or phone health app)

• Share your screenshot on WhatsApp to confirm completion

• Medal will be couriered to you
