Jagdish Chandra Bose Aquarium, situated in the Pal area of Surat, Gujarat, is India's first multidisciplinary underwater aquarium. Inaugurated on March 1, 2014,

the aquarium is named in honor of the renowned scientist Jagadish Chandra Bose.
